Below is a little history about me… in case you’re curious 🙂
Where it began…
I fell in love with yoga at age 16. I knew it was something special, something transformative. But it wasn’t until I completed my yoga teacher training that I discovered just how powerful and fulfilling a dedicated yoga practise can be.
I studied asana (postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation and yoga philosophy at the renowned Byron Yoga Centre in Byron Bay, Australia – highly recommended if you are considering teaching or want to deepen your practise.
Connecting the dots…
It was during this time that I realised how over two decades in marketing, teaching and speaking had primed me to create a beautiful framework for bringing wellbeing to the corporate world. Many of my corporate clients shared my love of holistic practises like yoga, meditation and healing, but the overwhelm of stress, fatigue and always feeling like there aren’t enough hours in the day… it gets too much. They don’t know where to start or who to ask for help.
When I’m not on the mat…
I teach remedial English to primary and secondary students, and (still) support business owners with content creation and marketing communications under the banner of mWords Communications… through a mindful lens, naturally 🙂
Outside of work, and whenever I get the chance, I travel the countryside with my family in our beloved motorhome, Ballena.
Yes, I love to teach. And sing. And travel.
But I always make time for stillness I hope you will too.

I love nothing better than connecting human to human through my favourite practises.
I work 1:1 and with small groups to help you calm the infamous monkey mind and create a sustainable wellbeing routine to reduce stress, improve focus and boost energy.
I’ve created a range of customisable wellbeing packages to suit different needs and levels of experience, and especially, to fit a busy work/life schedule! All can be delivered in person or online….
